    Vent Pipe Installation
    Test Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve
    Check Recognized Hazards
  4. Electrical Systems Operation of fixtures
    Proper Wire / Breaker installation and Ground Fault Interrupters ( GFI )
    Check for Aluminum Wiring
    Reverse Polarity and Open Grounds
    Grounding of Vent Hood, Stove, Ceiling Fans & Applicable Appliances
    Bonding of Neutral Bar
    Conduit installation
    Appliance Operation (Oven, Disposal,Dishwasher) Not Washer,Dryer,Refrigerator
The purpose of the Home Inspection is to give the buyer a through picture of the condition of the property at the time of purchase. Often this offers the buyer the opportunity to further negotiate the price or have major repairs completed by the seller before the purchase of the property.
