Family owned company since 1990 under the name of Commercial and Residential Inspections completing over 17,500 inspections in this time.

Commercial and Residential Inspections frequently teaches Home buyers seminars for the Real Estate Schools, Hud, and our community lenders. We are invited to speak because of my excellent reputation for " taking care" of our buyers, dependability and stability.

Commercial and Residential Inspections was licensed in the Pest Inspection Industry from 1990 to 1999 in both Washington and Oregon and has a through knowledge in this field.

In 1999 The company moved to Phoenix Arizona due to the failing health of my father and the excessive rain in Washington State.
